Alan Wray Tudyk was born on 16th March 1971, and an actor from the United States. His film credits include the film 28 Days in 2000, A Knight's Tale in 2001, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story in 2004, and voicing Sonny in I, Robot in 2004. He also appeared in the Western thriller 3:10 to Yuma in 2007 and led the black comedy horror film Tucker & Dale vs. Evil in 2010. Tudyk has also been featured in Transformers: Dark of the Moon in 2011, 42 in 2013, the sci-fi sequel Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials in 2015, and the historical drama Trumbo in 2015. Since 2012, he has lent his voice to characters in every Walt Disney Animation Studios film . Tudyk is also known for his television roles playing Wash in the space Western Firefly from 2002 to 2003. Although it ran for only one season , the show became a beloved cult classic. He reprised this role in the 2005 continuation film Serenity, which expanded upon the series . Tudyk has also starred in the English black comedy Death at a Funeral in 2007, the sitcom Arrested Development in 2005, 2013, and 2019, and the science fiction series Dollhouse from 2009 to 2010. He has voiced Green Arrow in Young Justice from 2010 to 2013 and in 2019, along with numerous voices on American Dad! since 2011. Tudyk also starred in the sitcom Suburgatory from 2011 to 2014, the comedy Newsreaders from 2014 to 2015, and voiced characters in Star vs. the Forces of Evil from 2015 to 2019. He played Dangerboat in The Tick from 2017 to 2019, brought K-2SO to life in the 2016 Star Wars film Rogue One, and played Eric Morden / Mr. Nobody on Doom Patrol in 2019. In the realm of video games , voicing Mickey in Halo 3: ODST in 2009, returning as K-2SO in Star Wars Battlefront in 2015, and continuing as Green Arrow in multiple DC Super Hero games in 2013, 2015, and 2017. Tudyk currently provides the voices of The Joker and Clayface in the animated series Harley Quinn. He stars as Dr. Harry Vanderspeigle in Resident Alien and voices Optimus Prime in Transformers: EarthSpark .
